ST JAMES, Jamaica — National men’s senior team football coach Theodore Whitmore who was hospitalized at the Cornwall Regional Hospital after he was rushed to the medical institution has died, source at the hospital reveals.
The cause of his death was not revealed but but he was reported to have fainted before been rushed to the hospital.
Reports are that Whitmore was talking to friends in the vicinity of the St James Parish Library and the Montego Bay Post Office after playing football when he collapsed.
He was rushed to the hospital where he was admitted and passed on.
He passed on at 45.
